BOOKING PROCESS

Once availability is confirmed we will email you with a reservation along with payment details. Minimum stay is 7 days, arrival may be any day of the week and Matagorda Bay is open all year round.

CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

Credit card - Paypal - Bank transfer
100% payment is required to book your apartment. To reserve and pay online, follow the instructions in the email we send you confirming availability. We accept credit card payment using Paypal or alternatively you may arrange payment by bank transfer. Please note that until payment is received in full, your booking has not been confirmed.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By making your booking you agree to our terms and conditions as set out herein. All published information on our website is, to the best of our knowledge, accurate and up to date.

CANCELLATION

For cancellations with less than 30 days notice, payment will not be refunded. When more than 30 days notice has been given, a refund will be payable, less the following administration charges:
Up to 90 days notice: 50% charge
Up to 30 days notice: 75% charge

COMPLAINTS

It is our aim that you be completely satisfied. If you should find anything you are not happy with after the start of your holiday, this can be reported to Bella Lanzarote Properties immediately and we will do our best to rectify the situation as soon possible.

LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY

Every effort has been made to ensure your stay will be safe and enjoyable. However we cannot and do not accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage of personal items from apartments or communal areas. Cars are parked at owner's risk. Any accidents resulting in injury or damage are not our responsibility. The information contained in this website is published in good faith. However, we do not warrantee any information in this website and we do not accept responsibility for any errors, omissions or otherwise inaccurate information contained therein.
